Donations

➤ Receipts: Upon making a Donation, Users will receive an electronic receipt. Donations eligible for tax deductions under section 80G will receive the necessary documentation.

Shipping Terms
➤ No Shipment of Products: The Trust does not ship any physical products. Donations are contributions towards Projects and do not involve the delivery of goods.
Return of Funds
➤ Refund Policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a Project does not reach its funding goal within the specified timeframe, the Trust may, at its discretion, return the funds to the Donors or allocate them to other Projects.
➤ Requesting a Refund: Users may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of donation. If the refund is approved, it will reach the customer account in 6 to 7 working days.
Limitation of Liability
